docs revamp -- this only touches the docs section. attached is the action plan i went off of broadly for the refactor:

elizaos-docs-action-plan.md

action items:

  • request feedbaclk from team
  • add tutorials section
  • ask odi how he wants api section switched up (mentioned on call)
  • once-over cli section
  • add scenario command to cli section
  • once-over plugin registry section -- 403s in console logs from pinging github, need to check that
