docs: Add troubleshooting for CLI version conflicts

Adds troubleshooting section for users experiencing CLI version mismatches due to mixed package manager installations (npm/bun/pnpm). Includes step-by-step solution to clean install with bun only.

Fixes common issue where elizaos --version shows older version despite newer installation.
