Can we have this in a separate example please rather than adding to the hello world? I would like that one to be as simple as possible for new users. |

I extended the Elixir example by chunked transfer and send_file.
On the way I updated to the latest version of elli and corrected the port number in the Readme. Just tell me if I should remove these two from the pull request.
