fix: increase zoom precision from 0.01 to 0.001

Summary

This pull request increases the zoom precision calculation from two decimal places to three.

Details

Previously, zoom values were rounded to 0.01 using:

const newZoom = Math.floor(exactZoom * 100) / 100;

This caused small inaccuracies when measuring element width.

Now it’s updated to:

const newZoom = Math.floor(exactZoom * 1000) / 1000;
