Remove unnecessary empty lines when --no-warp-drive was passed

Right now, when you create an app with option --no-warp-drive there is necessary to run pnpm lint:fix to resolve all lint errors (it removes empty lines, for example in app.ts / eslint.config).

If you update an app, you see diffs (empty lines) which you need to revert manually/running pnpm lint:fix... would be good to avoid this steps

I think files/tests/test-helper.ts has the same issue
