@rwjblue What do you think? Is this overkill? Would you prefer a different approach? Otherwise I'd proceed with creating the test packages in a follow-up PR. This is akin to the setup in Once this is in I'd feel confident in releasing a real |

Migrates to a monorepo to support multiple apps and addons to be tested as described in #13.
