Adds a few
keyFromKeyCodemappings, which may be useful when usingtriggerKeyEvent.In my case I was using
triggerKeyEvent(element, 'keyDown', 46)which worked fine until the library that renderselementstopped recognizingkeyCodes in favor of using the event'skeyattribute.
