- Made all tooltips consistently end in a dot - Fixed the capitalization of "ID" in one of the tooltips - Cleared up the `ui.append-item-mod-id` config option - Changed the tooltip `binds.favorite` to mention the favorites panel instead of the left pane, which can be reassigned - Changed spelling from "into cursor" to "onto cursor"

Some perhaps slightly opinionated tweaks to the tooltips in the config, which I came up with while translating.
