- In a recent collection, we had files that were getting hung up when running FITS against them. This was mainly due to the JHOVE tool.
- In this commit, we run JHOVE in isolation against tif files using a background job. We add filepaths for files that are determined as not well-formed or invalid by JHOVE. Filepaths are saved in a csv.
