Missing options in `emotion/packages/cache/README.md

What: Not all @emotion/cache options are listed in the README.

Why: I was looking for an option that does exactly what insertionPoint does but it wasn't listed in the README. I had to look into the emotion code itself to find out about it's existence. I think it should be mentioned in the README.

How: Just updated README.md text (with explanation based on CHANGELOG.md logs and comments by developers).
