I'd like to request this feature as well since I've implemented SSL Authentication for Mainsail using the steps provided in the post below and Cura can't send GCode files to my printer now. |

if you did all of the steps provided in the post there was one thing you must do which is update the ca certificate by the command "update-ca-certificates". Everything is ok but since the system does not recognize your ca, it does not connect because ca is not trusted. Ensure that ca certificate is in the default folder for the command find the certificate else specify the certificate's folder |

i added optional basic http authantication , since there is no on cura moonraker connection settings
