WARNING - Documentation file 'community/release-notes.md' contains a link to '3.11-announcement' which is not found in the documentation files.

I think what's happening is that mkdocs is unable to resolve the announcement without the extension (docs references usually include the Also, see #6967. |

Not 100% sure on this one.
mkdocsis giving me the warning without the change, but the link on the deployed docs seems to be working. 🤔(Link works with the change building locally.)
