I don't think balance suggestions should be mixed with the general descriptions of outfit attributes. If we want to add it, it should be on a separate page that would collect other similar balance guidelines. Also linking to a PR doesn't look nice, it would be better to just copy the formulas over to have everything in the wiki. |

Turret Turn Balancing Guide
As suggested, adding a link to ES PR #11194, including the comments, as a guide for balancing new turrets.
