This PR introduces support for the Walrus protocol across the ENS app, including:
Added walrus to supported content hash keys and protocol regex.
Updated locales and placeholders for all languages to include Walrus.
Added Walrus SVG icon and dynamic content hash rendering.
Implemented avatar fetching and content hash validation for Walrus URLs.
It ensures full integration of Walrus alongside existing protocols like IPFS, Swarm, and Arweave.
