Implement a .NET 9 WeChat iLink Bot SDK with QR login, long polling, context token management, typing support, and automatic session recovery. Add a runnable EchoBot example, document .NET usage in the repo README, and ignore .NET build artifacts. Improve login robustness by retrying transient QR polling and network timeout failures.
