This PR updates the DOI used in the zenodo badge in the package
READMEto use the version agnostic DOI that cites all versions of the package, and will direct users to the newest version on the zenodo archive when clicking on the badge.The zenodo badge in the
READMEsometimes does not render on GitHub so this should hopefully help with that as well.
