Our team consists of staff members and various committees, the staff consists of a secular woman and two secular men and a married religious man. We come from different parts of the country and grew up in different cultures: One of the team members came from Ethiopian culture, one from Moroccan culture, one from Algerian culture and the fourth from Peruvian and Ashkenazi culture. with this differences we can build a diverse and uniqueness project with different ideas that replay the customer requirements.

In a special project we emphasize the team work. Supporting each other, collaborations and sharing knowledge, We understand that each one of us has its strong points so we need to listen to each other, be tolerant and keep on open minded atmosphere and Behaving with integrity.
We discuss our development on Weekly meetings, on the meetings we are setting goals, and working together on the same place. We have A whatsApp Group related to the project. In addition, We discuss development at our gitter channel. we use Git tools for communication and for version control. We discuss development at our Gitter chat and our whatsapp group chat.
