[WIP] Random waves vegetation

• add additional points into the geometry to match wave generation area and other end of tank past wave absorber
• add points for gauges corresponding to experiment
• add Context object that takes in all the information so we can script all the experimental cases (water levels, wave parameters)
• add generation for double-peaked spectra
• add file i/o to generate BC's from 2D gauge data for 3D section of tank
• add relaxation zone wave generator for comparison to boundary condition wave generation
• add piston motion for wave generation

@adimako this problem really only uses random waves, but I'm going to put in options to run the linear and Fenton cases as well. If you have a chance could you remind me of the best way to set the Fenton coefficients or point me to the documentation on them?

@smattis: we have git large file storage enabled on this repository, so we can add the csv files for driving the 3D simulation to the repository (and also ipynb and image files that is useful). You have to install the git-lfs extension: https://git-lfs.github.com/. Then to git lfs track large_file1 ...; git add large_file1 ...
