Running

1. yarn
2. pod install in ios directory
3. yarn start and build using yarn ios or yarn android for a debug build and yarn ios:release / yarn android:release for a release build

Note that for Android you might need to open an emulator before running the command, otherwise it might fail to open up the app and just create the build under
