Nesta Pull as seguintes alterações e inclusões foram feitas:

• Melhorado arquivo README.md em breve adicionarei um README. em ingles
• Renomeado o projeto TurboUpdate para TurboUpdate.Model
• Criado um novo projeto chamado TurboUpdateCore
• Adicionado uma forma de traduzir as consts, usando uma inteface e um arquivo .inc
• Reposicionei os projetos FMX e VCL em uma pasta própria
• Adicionado uma function Killtask na unit TurboUpdate.Model.Utils para ser usada quando em stadalone
• Adicionado uma forma de mostrar as mensagem usando o HDMesageDlg
• Adiconado versionamento semâtico para usar o BOSS
• Adicionado unit TurboUpdate.Model.Update.Thread para evitar o acoplamento

• I repositioned the FMX and VCL projects in their own folder

Since your changes change the API for the user, I'll take some time to create a separate "legacy branch" for the old API and review all the changes for master branch.
I think within a month your changes will be accepted.
