Description

Pulls in latest esp-nimble-cpp changes.

Motivation and Context

Specifically pulls in

• Fix crash when peer disconnects from the server. h2zero/esp-nimble-cpp#257

Which fixes a crash that could occur in the server under certain conditions.

How has this been tested?

• Building and running hid_service/example on QtPy ESP32s3.
