Context
The EventProcedure TotalAmontCents was not returning the correctly values when a filter was selected.
Closes Add filter to decide if total value should be displayed or not on EventProcedures #244
Approach
The EventProcedure TotalAmontCents now recives the filtered values to calculate the Total/Paid/Unpaid BRL values.
Obs: Fixes EventProcedure TotalAmontCents specs related.
