- use JSONPath indexes instead of JSONPath for USJ location - add utilities to convert between JSONPath indexes and JSONPath (for backwards compatibility) - also fix `package.json` build warnings - also export more types

- This partially reverts commit d8ebcfc. - `README.md`, `App.tsx`, & `selection.model.ts` were reverted, other files modified to suit.
