I did not remove the guide itself, but I am also open to remove it entirely.
I think the only useful information that is left on this guide is the information that the public IP addresses are a shared resource and that one could be rate limited due to that fact.
Let me know, if I should just remove the whole guide, or leave it as is with the removed proxy information.
