  • Port KB page on how to run NAMD (single-node)
  • Port UENV page on how to build NAMD (single- and multi-node, CPU and GPU)
  • Make use of content tabs for branching documentation
    • By default the most important/most common documentation is displayed
  • Enable code annotations (used in the SBATCH script)
  • Port STMV example from KB but hide it collapsable admonition
