Removing
productionandmaintenancetags.Disabling the tests because they are failing and currently they are noise rather than useful information and there is no effort to fix them.
The tests can be useful, but if there's interest in having them the tests can be reenabled when they are updated to work again (or the system is fixed to match the tests).
