Psuedocode

1. Some kind of dropdown on the frontend to get user's unit preferences (Celcius/Farenheit, Kg/Pounds etc)
2. Store conversions between units as constants on frontend
3. Whenever fetching Ingredients for recipe, check for unit field of ingredient.
4. If not the same, change as required before displaying
