Added Custom Hoppers
For now this is just Andesite Hopper, since I couldn't get the Desh one working
Andesite Hopper is a cheaper hopper that moves items slower
Also nerfed the Shimmering Hoe,
Gave a recipe for smoking Shimmer Trout -> Shish,
Changed Shish registry name from shimmer_shish to shish,
Added Shimmer Trout, Bottomless Shimmer Bucket, Shimmer Heart and Experience Nuggets to Shimmer Fishing Loot Table
Granted a few items the gift of en_us.json
