  This feature should allow test cases to define test case descriptions (short and long) that get generated using `fill` running in a similar mode to `--collect-only`. This would allow better html documentation of the available test cases (as a one-liner with a linked extended description) with the aim of allowing devs to quickly gauge test coverage and suggest missing tests.
