NACK, you should modify title to Tornado Cash ( Hebeswap 0.3% fee pool ) because there is no pool fees for vanilla contracts. Also contracts are not audited since your modification to add fees. What if the withdrawal fee is dynamic and you can rug the entire balance?

Check the contract yourself, it has been verified, the handling fee has been set to 0.3% by default and cannot be modified.

If you're proposing changes, please submit a PR using the canonical Tornado Cash contracts unmodified for review first. Any improvements or forks should be clearly differentiated and submitted separately after that baseline is established.
