This new yaml setting allows changing the definition of the generated
INCLUDE_ASMmacro.It allows two values,
defaultandmaspsx_hack, the latter changes the definition to be one expected by the maspsx reordering hack (https://github.com/mkst/maspsx?tab=readme-ov-file#include_asm-reordering-workaround-hack).There's an small unrelated change on
src/splat/segtypes/n64/i1.py. I changed the line endings from CRLF to LF like the rest of the repo.
