The latest version of intervaltree seem to be broken because it is missing a dependency (chaimleib/intervaltree#149), so this PR pins the its version to an older known working version as a workaround.

Originally this PR was going to only pin the version of intervaltree, but I ended up pinning the rest too.

The remaining CI issue should fix itself when #501 gets merged.
