I've been working on a "getting started" guide in the README + some build infra to make it easier to play with the bot (hopefully attracting some helpers! 😅
This seems to have been enough to at least get the bot up and running without immediately throwing in the towel
I can remove the Makefile if you don't like it (it doesn't to particularly much right now, but I find it helpful to have a single "build" command).
