As compared to v1.0.0, this version adds:
- zarr, imod, rasterio
- pcraster install via conda instead of source
- Added a README with update process
- Added version and citation information
- Packages have been pinned to specific versions (but not changed)
- Added a conda list dump to compare future changes.
