Uncompressed requests can be quite hefty, and as far as I understand, there is no simple way to make Cloudflare fetch() to auto-negotiate body compression with collector.
After this change, in my simple test case, request size was reduced by roughly 65% as reported by collector ingress.
Only drawback is required change in compatibility_flags.
