Split 9 domain-level specs into 22 feature-level specs following a specs/<domain>/<feature>/spec.md convention. Added GIVEN clauses to all scenarios and reformatted to use Background and Scenarios sections.

Add support to pre-define the table by looking into the CSV file before importing it.
