The test runner can't find boost on Windows? Anything I could fix to prevent this?

Yes, we explicitly remove tests that require boost. I'm not sure why this is. For now, just applying the same pattern a third time is probably the way to go.

Sorry that I'm so slow with reviewing these days. Day jobs get in the way ...
