[Flower-Field]: Reimplement Minesweeper as Flower Field

• Deprecated Minesweeper exercise (see [Track Configuration: Minesweeper Exercise]: Deprecated Minesweeper in Favor of Flower Field. #3933)
• Added Flower Field to track config.json
• Updated exercise config.json to reflect new authors and contributors
• Updated JinJa2 template to conform with new canonical data
• Renamed solution and test files
• Updated example.py to remove minefield references
• Synced exercise metadata, docs, and tests to canonical data
• Regenerated test file and tested example solution

Looks fine to me.

It's a bit odd that the instructions say "rectangle board" rather than "rectangular board", but there is no way in hell that I would want another argument around `problem-specifications!!!!!
