This PR merges changes from three PRs (57, 70, and 72), and updates the UI components to be consistent with the design guidelines. It also updates the navigation bar so that the Submissions page is properly named. The changes can be seen in the Manage Courses page, Submissions page, and Submission History page. One of the PRs that we merged in also has a corresponding backend component found here.
