docs: update guide url and authors

Description

Updated the guide urls in preparation of org move. All other urls should redirect fine after the move. We can update them then.

Also added myself to the authors list while I was at it. @ptondereau let me know if and in which form you would also be added here. Did I miss someone else? We have been the more active members in recent time.

May only be merged after david updated the link in the repo settings.
