Summary

add sendMessageAsync to native module and TypeScript spec
wrap async messaging in JavaScript and keep callback API for compatibility
document and demonstrate both callback and promise messaging APIs

Testing

yarn lint (fails: ESLint couldn't find eslint-plugin-ft-flow)
yarn typecheck
yarn test (fails: Cannot find module '@react-native/babel-preset')
