feat: Add logical border color props

This PR updates the View Style Props documentation to include the following new border color logical properties:

• borderBlockColor
• borderBlockEndColor
• borderBlockStartColor
• borderInlineColor
• borderInlineEndColor
• borderInlineStartColor

Hey @gabrieldonadel, thanks for the contribution! 👍

After looking at the PRs and merge history it seems that only block variants has been shipped, while contribution with inline part becomes stale, has been closed.

So for now closing this PR in favour of:

• ViewStyleProps: add borderBlock* props #4707

Feel free to create a new docs PR, if the inline props efforts will be restarted!
