Summary:
iOS 26 introduces UIScrollEdgeEffect, which will add a blur effect to the top of scrollview/flatlist if its top edge is very close to screen top. If we make the flatlist inverted, most of the list will be covered, as #54181 mentioned.
This PR expose the xxxEdgeEffect properties so we can disable them on need.
