Summary
This PR adds PropTypes validation to the VersionPicker component in fixtures/dom/src/components/VersionPicker.js to improve type safety and developer experience.
Changes:
Added import for prop-types package.
Defined VersionPicker.propTypes with appropriate types: version (string), id (string), name (string), and onChange (required function).

Prevents runtime errors from invalid prop types in development mode.
