Adding changes for Multiple Input Compatibility with the code along with using Mask threshold as config variable. Also added easier implementation of BITMASK format in the code. #563

Have made the code compatible with multiple channel imput only by changing the PIXEL_MEAN and PIXEL_STD as the number of elements in the list dictates the number of input channel in the model.
Made the code compatible with mask threshold to be defined using the configuration file.
Added changes such that the bitmask format is easily integrated with the code.
