fix(locales): correct typos and capitalization in es_MX street names

Description

This PR fixes several typos and capitalization inconsistencies in src/locales/es_MX/location/street_name.ts.

Changes

• Fixed spelling:
  • Repúplica -> República (4 instances)
  • Solvestre -> Silvestre
  • Cuahutemoc -> Cuauhtémoc
• Fixed accents:
  • Added missing accent to Polotitlán.
• Standardized capitalization:
  • Updated "La Viga", "La Otra Banda", "Balcón de los Edecanes", and "Barrio La Lonja" to use proper Title Case.
