Infrastructural clean-up.

  • Core: exception handler and controller base
  • Core: package updates for API versioning
  • Services/Crosscutting: namespace Asp.Versioning in GlobalUsings
  • all Program.cs: UseExceptionHandler + AddApiVersioningConfiguration
  • Docker: Kafka KRaft (removing zookeeper)
