chore(web): change download channel from nightly to stable

Summary

Updates all website download links to use the stable channel instead of nightly. This affects download routes for Apple Silicon, Apple Intel, Linux (deb and AppImage), and Windows.

Updates since last revision

Fixed pre-existing formatting issues in useKeywords.ts and chat-shortcuts/index.ts to pass the fmt CI check.

• Verify that stable channel builds exist and are accessible at desktop2.hyprnote.com for all platforms
• After deployment, test each download link to confirm they redirect to valid stable builds:
  • /download/apple-silicon → dmg-aarch64
  • /download/apple-intel → dmg-x86_64
  • /download/linux-deb → deb-x86_64
  • /download/linux-appimage → appimage-x86_64
  • /download/windows → msi
