Bugfixes

• Solved issue #1 (Warning page text and "continue" button are cut off in screen with large text and display size)
  Every element of the layout was put inside of a Scroll View, avoiding cutting off elements from screen
• Solved issue #2 (Duinocoin Web Wallet site detects "incorrect mining key" from this app)
  Sending the mining key to the mining node
• Solved text-to-number conversion that crash the app if the user doesn't fill the Mining threads field.
