The MyFirebaseInstanceIDService was causing builds to fail because onTokenRefresh has been deprecated along with the FirebaseInstanceIdService. It is recommended to use onNewToken in the FirebaseMessagingService instead.
The PR also adds the ability to delete the instance id, this allows for stopping notifications when desired.
